A candidate must:
- Have an intimate, demonstrated knowledge of social platforms and tools – including experience blogging, tweeting, optimizing content for SEO, setting up monitoring programs and integrating social with digital (and ideally) mobile programs
- Be organized, a good communicator, and skilled at driving teams to meet delivery and budget goals
Qualifications Include:
- 0 – 4 years marketing, social or digital channel experience or passion
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and perform in a previous capacity
- Presentation skills and ability to “Think on your Feet”

Key Responsibilities:
- Working equally to service clients in various social media capacities and with our production team to help bridge our creation and delivery capabilities
- Communicate strategies to our management, executives and TPN partners
- Present to internal and external groups verbally and in writing on a regular basis
- Provide social media outreach for TPN shows using our playbook, to drive conversations, followers and traffic on targeted social channels and communities

The Account Manager role is at the front lines of this mission and helps us to ensure that we are always providing superior service, advice and quality in our deliverables. You will also set the tone for our junior staff and help us foster a culture of excellence in service, thinking and execution – to help grow each client relationship and broaden our impact via the full range of Pulse solutions.
A candidate must:
- Have proven experience managing B2B and consumer accounts
- Have working knowledge of social platforms, strategies and tools – including SEO, multi-channel marketing, community building and analytics
- Be an outstanding relationship builder, and skilled at navigating organizational roadblocks, budget cycles and competitive dynamics
Qualifications Include:
- 2-5+ years of agency experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and perform in a previous capacity

- Stewardship of Client partnerships
- Effectively motivate various Pulse departments, eliciting the groups’ best efforts in a positive, cooperative way and driving the teams toward a shared goal for each Client

- Understand the latest digital and social marketing channels and tactics available to Clients and how to program and implement in each

Internships at The Pulse Network (TPN) are offered to high school, college and graduate students and others who are interested in learning about a career in digital media and broadcasting. A pioneer in Enterprise Social TV and content automation, The Pulse creates daily live sports, business, marketing and technology programming for the web, and works to help brands like IBM, Kaspersky, and Kodak create unique content, bring their events to life, and grow their communities through video and social media.
The opportunity:
- Learn how a digital media company is run
- Participate in the full lifecycle of content creation, syndication and analysis
- Assist in all aspects of daily Pulse programming and content creation as well as content distribution throughout all mediums and social media channels
Qualifications Include:
- Social media interest/experience – you must be proficient at using, searching and deciphering Twitter, Facebook and other forms of Social Media and the conversations that are occurring in the space!
- A great attitude, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, good communication skills, and willingness to “Think on your Feet”

Sample Responsibilities:
- Assist producers and hosts in content planning of daily live TPN programming
- Research facts and information, gather production elements for TPN content
- Screen Skype or phone calls during live shoots
- Add on-demand content to The Pulse Network website
- Assist photographer, producer or host in gathering interviews and/or covering events
- Assist in calling and booking guests
- Monitor and report on social media trends, and interact on TPN Social Channels
- Various other duties
