Stephen Saber, CEO

Stephen was formerly President of CrossTech Partners and CEO of New Marketing Labs, which merged with The Pulse Network in the spring of 2011. Earlier in his career he was a managing director at Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) – one of the fastest growing public IT Services companies. CTP became the leading IT consulting and systems integration firm focused on the deployment of client-server based business applications for Fortune 500 clients. Over the past 5 years, Stephen has played a leading advisory role in 4 major M&A transactions ranging from $30M to $450M in Digital Media and IT. He currently guest lectures in the entrepreneurship program at Babson College. Stephen received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.A. from Harvard University.

Nick Saber, President

Nick previously served as President of CrossTech Media, LLC, managing over 30 events in the technology space, and COO at Exgenex. At CrossTech he was involved with managing 4 acquisitions over the past 5 years. Earlier in his career Nick was a managing consultant at Coopers and Lybrand, where he sold and managed IT Systems, IS projects, and Business Reengineering projects for Fortune 1000 companies. Currently focused on TPN’s delivery excellence, Nick has overseen successful engagements for clients such as Alure Home Improvement, Citrix, eBay, Kodak, Resurrection Health, Sony, and Symantec. Nick holds a bachelors degree from Babson College.

Allen Bonde, Chief Strategist

Allen has spent the past 20 years as a marketer, researcher and Internet executive, and was previously co-founder and CMO at Offerpop, a venture-funded social marketing tools company, and CMO at eVergance, a CRM solutions firm which was acquired by KANA Software in 2007. He has also been a consultant and analyst at McKinsey and the Yankee Group, and started his career in corporate R&D in the telecom space. He has been a guest on CNBC and Fox News, writes for 1to1 Media and eMedia Vitals, and was named a Top CMO on Twitter by Social Media Marketing Magazine. When not working, he plays a pretty mean bass guitar and enjoys traveling with his family. Allen received his M.S. from the University of Virginia and B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Butch Stearns, Chief Customer Officer

Responsible for the company’s community outreach and lead generation, original programming and corporate communications, Butch also oversees TPN’s Social TV studio and production team. He brings more than two decades of TV and Radio sports broadcasting experience, along with extensive sports marketing and sales experience. His broadcasting experience includes WFXT-TV Fox 25 Boston, Comcast Sportsnet New England, WMAQ-TV (NBC) Chicago, KAAL-TV (ABC), WEEI Boston, WDFN Detroit, KFAN Minneapolis, and the Sporting News Radio Network. He is a frequent host/emcee at fundraising events in the Boston area and since 1987 has maintained the Arthur F. Stearns memorial fund. Butch holds a bachelors degree from Stonehill College.

Bruce Karten, Chief Revenue Officer

Bruce has over 20 years of experience leading sales teams, and extensive knowledge of online applications and video platforms for sales and marketing professionals. Prior to The Pulse Network, he led several groups over a ten year period at Thomson Reuters, and has experience running teams from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. Bruce’s sales experience spans multiple enterprise sectors, including Financial Markets, Business Intelligence and Communications. Bruce lives in Needham Massachusetts with his wife Laurie and 3 daughters, is an avid tennis player and recently captained a USTA team that went to a National Tournament in Tucson, Arizona. In addition, fundraising has been part of Bruce’s life for the past twenty years. He helped raise money while running the Boston Marathon for both Dana Farber and The Liver Foundation most recently. Bruce holds a bachelors degree from Boston University, and many sales training certifications.
